Privacy policy
This policy explains what Selfwin collects, why it is needed, and the choices you have when you use the service.
What Selfwin collects
When you create an account, Selfwin receives your email address and basic profile information from the sign-in method you choose. When you configure a project, Selfwin stores the brand, website, competitors, prompts, and settings you provide.
Selfwin also stores prompt-run results, cited sources, visibility measurements, generated recommendations, and the actions you approve. Basic technical logs may include timestamps, browser type, IP address, and error details.
How the data is used
The data is used to operate your account, run the prompts you request, calculate visibility metrics, create recommendations, secure the service, and troubleshoot failures. Selfwin does not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Selfwin uses service providers to host the application and database, authenticate users, run approved AI queries, and operate cloud browser sessions. These providers process only the information needed to deliver their part of the service and are governed by their own privacy terms.
Google sign-in provides Selfwin with your basic account identity, such as your email address, name, and profile image. Selfwin does not receive your Google password.
If you connect Claude, Selfwin shares only the account data needed to answer the tool requests you approve, and stores a revocable access credential. If you connect Slack, Selfwin receives messages that directly mention the bot or are sent to it, sends those messages and relevant project context to the configured AI provider, and may post requested replies or daily briefs. Slack bot credentials are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect either integration at any time.
Retention and security
Account and project data is kept while your account is active or as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Selfwin uses access controls and encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. You may also disconnect Google access from your Google Account settings, revoke Claude access under Agent access, or disconnect Slack from the Integrations page. Deleting an account may not immediately remove information kept in backups or required for legal and security purposes.
